But besides upgrades we also support our customers with competent service assignments, i.e. Brückner experts assist film producers in special operational situations on-site with their know-how. This has been recently the case at Youl Chon Vina Plastic JSC, Vietnam, for the start-up of a relocated Brückner BOPP line.
Since there is no one in the world with that experience in line start-ups as Brückner, Youl Chon Vina Plastic JSC, a joint venture by Viet Nam Plastics Corp, Samsung and Youl Chon Chemical, trusted in Brückner Servtec for professional support during commissioning. Brückner Servtec engineers, supported by Brueckner Far East Ltd., Indonesia, accompanied the start-up as supervisors and coordinators, e.g. during the gradual re-loading of the software, in order to secure a fast and smooth re-start of the line.
