Dear Customers and Friends, After Brückner Servtec started their Newsletter Project, the "Service Bulletin", the feedback received from our customers and friends was indeed overwhelming - many thanks to everyone for all the encouraging and constructive e-mails! Ms. Simone Eder is our executive assistant for many years. For our Service Bulletin, she passes on all technical questions to the right experts and ensures a timely feedback. She is also the person keeping a watchful eye on our engineers, who are prompted to finish their article in time for the next Service Bulletin issue and she has a guiding hand on the layout.
