Maintenance made easy
Optimally functioning maintenance management is a prerequisite for safe and efficient production. With the user-friendly Maintenance Dashboard, our customers will in future have an overview of all maintenance and its due dates, as well as all the necessary maintenance information for their Kiefel machines.
Proactive planning of all maintenance work
The dashboard can be accessed via the Kiefel Portal - our central online platform for customers.
The maintenance team has the ideal overview of the intervals between the various maintenance tasks and the number of operating hours remaining until the next maintenance. In addition, automatic notification takes place as soon as maintenance is due. In this way, proactive maintenance is easy to implement.
Secure archiving
The information in the Maintenance Dashboard is based on real-time data that aggregates in the cloud. This is also where all the data on maintenance carried out in the past is securely stored. This archive function can be used, for example, to retrieve all maintenance processes from the last 12 months. This saves time during audits.
Coming soon
From autumn 2023, the Maintenance Dashboard can be booked as an add-on as part of the service packages. The Maintenance Dashboard will initially be introduced for SPEEDFORMER KMD 78.2 Speed and Power machines, with other machine types to follow.

All maintenance due at a glance
Maintenance information from multiple machines is consolidated into one dashboard and can be conveniently viewed from a PC. The reduction of distances saves valuable time - it is no longer necessary to check each machine individually for maintenance requirements.
Smart notifications
You decide whether you want to receive an email when maintenance is due or overdue. You can also set the interval of the notifications.
If your maintenance manager notices that maintenance is soon due or overdue, he can forward the maintenance info by mail to a maintenance technician and make him aware of it.
Fast execution through step-by-step info
For each maintenance there is detailed information on which steps are necessary to perform it. Finally, the maintenance is confirmed on the HMI control panel.
