The standard web guide system controls the web position according to the web edge. Due to variations of the lateral print position in respect to the web edge the web might not get trimmed where it should. To overcome this, the operator has adjust the web position from roll to roll or even on the same roll. Here the Trim2Print system offers the possibility to enhance the process with automatic adjusting the web position according features on the print.
