A perfect complement for the Group member PackSys Global
Brückner Group GmbH has acquired the Swiss company Texa AG, effective from end 2013. Texa (www.texa.ch) is specialized in the development and assembly of machines for packaging tubes, aerosol cans and cartridges and will perfectly complement the existing product portfolio of Group member PackSys Global. With the acquisition of Texa, a clear market and technology leader in its field of business, Brückner Group and PackSys Global continue their growth strategy based on technological leadership.
Texa Packaging will continue to operate independently, pursuing its long-standing relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners. The management team and modern premises in Haldenstein (located near Chur, canton Graubünden) will also remain unchanged.
