State of the art facilities for customers and employees
PackSys Global is pleased to announce the successful grand opening of Brueckner Group USA's new facility and Customer Innovation Center. The two-day ribbon cutting ceremony was held on May 17th and 18th and attracted an impressive 150-160 attendees. The two-day event featured live machine demonstrations and innovative presentations from industry experts such as our partner Peyer. Matt Luscher, Business Unite Manager at Peyer Graphic, provided insight into "What's in a Hot Stamping Foil".
Brueckner Group USA is PackSys Global's strong base in the North American market and now offers a state of the art 72,000 sq. ft. facility for its employees and over 12,000 sq. ft. of dedicated customer innovation center. The center houses an extensive test lab, a fully equipped workshop and an impressive demonstration room with prototyping equipment. A training center for classroom training and customer meeting rooms are also available.
During the opening ceremony, Todd Waxgiser from the PackSys Global Team USA proudly displayed the latest achievement of PackSys Global- the DecoMat RS hot stamping machine. This high-precision machine enables hot stamping of cylindrical, angled or non-circular plastic parts. It is capable of full surface, top or side stamping, heat transfer applications with foil as well as assembly operations or integration in complete processing lines. The demonstration of this technology was very well received by the visitors who were impressed by the wide range of applications and the precision.
