Unfortunately, the coronavirus is now spreading further, and it can be assumed that this will make logistics tasks, travel and work more difficult to plan in the coming months.
This makes it important for us to inform you as our customer as best we can about the current (delivery) situation. We would therefore like to inform you about the protective measures taken and the current delivery situation of the companies PackSys Global AG, Combitool AG, Texa AG and Madag Printing Systems AG:
- Currently, all the above-mentioned companies are working at 100% capacity with precautionary measures in place for the health of our employees. For example, this is how we work: from now on we will be working in several shifts so that our employees do not have to travel during rush hours, and we have also arranged for suitable activities home office.
- We are currently not affected by supply bottlenecks or delivery failures of our domestic and international suppliers, i. e. all components for the construction of new machines or spare parts for existing machines can be ordered. Additional stockpiling measures were taken at an early stage. The supply of our products is fully secured at the present time and we are in close contact with all our key suppliers.
- Our engineers are still on the field and ensure you a competent service on site. We respond to operations in crisis regions in accordance with the international rules and regulations of the WHO. In any case, it is advisable to discuss upcoming visits in the fields in detail.
- You can reach our sales and customer service departments as usual by phone or email.
We follow the development in Europe and worldwide with great attention, focusing on the health and safety of our employees, customers and business partners. Every 2nd day, PackSys Global's crisis management team analyses the situation and takes the necessary steps.
We will continue to keep you informed of the measures and their effects as best we can.
