Working for a company like PackSys Global in the realm of marketing and communications is consistently invigorating. We specialize in crafting machines—technical, intricate, and uniquely designed. Our products enjoy global recognition, seamlessly integrating into our daily routines. From toothpaste tubes to the caps of water and wine bottles, chrome car parts, and embellished details on cosmetic or perfume products, to tubes of hand cream, PackSys Global plays a role in countless daily scenarios in our lives.
Several times a year, we seize the opportunity to spotlight exceptional cases and innovations through our marketing initiatives. Today, we're excited to share one such endeavor with you. Our customers, familiar with the potential of our engineers and our innovative ethos, understand that, as we often say, "Many of our innovations stem from collaborative efforts with partners, responding to an idea or market need."
This is precisely how challenges are presented at our table. A customer has provided us with samples of paper made from stone, posing a unique question: Can we manufacture a tube (for cosmetics or oral care—details to be determined later)? The objective is to market a tube that offers the same benefits as those on the market made of paper, with reduced plastic usage.
In PackSys Global, we know that the real challenge lies in the recycling process, as separating the paper from the plastic barrier poses a significant obstacle to meeting circular sustainability standards… but it’s a trend and some people think that this it’s really sustainable. However, we took the challenge… and we made it happen!
Our R&D team meticulously analyzed the samples in our KREA LAB (Technology Centre). Equipped with cutting-edge machines from one side, and a professional labor, they conducted extensive tests to ensure the flawless production of tubes of any diameter with this material comes in a successful way. The results were promising; not only is it feasible, but our machines could produce the tube with this material in the required precision This positions the project in a second phase of testing, where collaboratively with the customer, we will determine the direction for further development.
As mentioned at the beginning of this article, navigating professional life is more manageable when you are part of an innovative and pioneering company. We keep innovating, having satisfied our customers with their challenges for almost 55 years, leveraging our pioneering technologies.
Excitingly, 2024 will bring forth numerous new projects, eagerly waiting to be unveiled to our partners. The first opportunity for everyone to learn more about these projects, including the one discussed here, will be in Paris in 2024. We look forward to sharing these innovations with all our partners.
KEEP STUNNED !!!
