Optionally, the header can be equipped with our inspection system for in-line inspection of each tube. The tube shoulders can be inspected from above and from the side for various defects. The inside of the tubes can be inspected for dust and other contaminants on the output conveyor. Tubes with defects or contaminants are ejected into a separate channel where they can be inspected later.

The Prestige 40 Capper is designed to work in conjunction with the Prestige 40 Header. The machine incorporates the latest technology and offers exceptional flexibility. It applies screw-on, push-on and oriented caps to any tube shape.

The design ensures quick and easy set-up, high reliability and consistent overall efficiency at optimum production speed. Combined with the Prestige 40 Header, this Capper forms an integrated tube production line that keeps decorated tubes aligned throughout the process. The result is perfectly aligned round and oval tubes with a highly accurate twisting force for screw caps - the ideal complement to the Prestige 40 Header.

The available machine upgrade from Prestige 40 to Prestige 45 offers great added value for high performance tube production. The latest machine and software features increase the speed from 120 to 140 tubes per minute for tube diameters from 16 to 50 mm and shoulder thicknesses of 1.0 mm. Both high and low profile caps can be used, with low profile caps reducing the amount of plastic used in a tube.
