TC Transcontinental Packaging sets a milestone
In 2024 the leading US film manufacturer TC Transcontinental Packaging starts operation of a new Brückner line which will produce biaxially oriented polyethylene film (BOPE), a first in North America. Aim is the development of cutting-edge mono-material recyclable flexible plastic packaging solutions, providing high-performance and polyethylene films with more heat resistance. This aligns with TC customers’ desire to accelerate speed to market with recyclable products that also protect and preserve customers’ products throughout their life cycle in addition to creating a more circular economy for plastic.
