Brueckner Machinery and Service India Private Limited (Transferor Company) has entered into the Scheme of Amalgamation with Brueckner Group India Private Limited- (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors and the same is filed within jurisdiction of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT) for necessary approvals.
NCLT on the Company Application CAA/229/MB/2021 jointly filed by Applicant Companies was pleased to dispensed with the meetings of respective shareholders and creditors of Transferor Company and Transferee Company vide it's order date November 10, 2022.
The merger process is in its final stage and further update would be shared once available.
