As a central component of its corporate strategy, Brückner Maschinenbau has always relied on the innovative strength of its employees. With the renewed award within three years, the company underlines its place among the 100 most innovative companies in the German SME sector and remains "TOP 100" in size category 3 (200 employees and more).
On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the comparison, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and his team examined companies on the basis of more than 100 criteria from five categories. Of particular importance is whether a company's innovations are merely a product of chance or are systematically planned and thus repeatable in the future.
"With the renewed award within a short time, we see ourselves confirmed in our daily actions. Innovative impulses can only be firmly anchored in the corporate culture through a clear strategy and long-term action" - emphasizes Michael Baumeister, Managing Director CTO.
