An important impetus for China’s entire current collector film industry | 中国集流体薄膜产业的重要推动力
Yangzhou Boheng New Energy Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a member of Shenda Group, a leading BO film producer in China. Their portfolio includes among others high-quality BOPP and BOPET packaging film, special tobacco film, optical films. Shenda Group is also known for being a pioneer in new film applications – which they are now proving once again: Together with Brückner Maschinenbau they commissioned a brand new BOPET film production line for composite current collector film technology (CCCF) successfully.
扬州博恒新能源材料科技有限公司是申达集团旗下成员，申达集团是中国领先的双向拉伸（BO）薄膜生产商。其产品组合涵盖高品质双向拉伸聚丙烯（BOPP）和双向拉伸聚酯（BOPET）包装薄膜、特种烟用薄膜、光学薄膜等。申达集团还是新型薄膜应用领域的先驱——如今他们再次证明了这一点：他们与布鲁克纳机械制造有限公司携手，成功投产了一条全新的用于复合集流体薄膜技术（CCCF）的BOPET薄膜生产线。
Shenda Group’s President Zhang Guoping says: “The launch of the worldwide first dedicated CCCF production line by Yangzhou Boheng is only the beginning. Two BOPP and BOPET film lines for current collector film will be installed this year and will go on stream in early 2026. And we are already negotiating further projects with our long-term partner Brückner. We are convinced that ultra-thin current collector films can significantly improve the performance of new energy applications, such as batteries, super capacitors or photovoltaic cells.”
申达集团董事长张国平表示：“扬州博恒全球首条专用CCCF生产线的投产只是开端。今年将安装两条用于集流体薄膜的BOPP和BOPET薄膜生产线，并将于2026年初投产。我们已经在与长期合作伙伴布鲁克纳洽谈更多项目。我们坚信，超薄集流体薄膜能显著提升新能源应用（如电池、超级电容器或光伏电池）的性能。”
For Brückner Maschinenbau this successful project is another highlight in many years of partnership, as Josef Haslinger, Head of Sales China confirms: “The Shenda Group has recognized the great market potential of current collector film – just like us, what our intensive research in our own technology center proves. In the meantime, we have a lot of knowledge about thinnest films down to 2 micron and that will be reflected in the present and upcoming joint projects.”

Something that both partners can be very proud of is the super-smooth commissioning of the line, due to extremely experienced teams on both sides. Brückner Project Manager Andreas Siegel: “Great flexibility and readiness for action during the entire installation and check-up phase helped to meet the customer's challenging quality standards in both periods. A good precondition was that the customer created almost perfect conditions for the start of the installation – a big compliment for that.”
