The announced change of the legal form of Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH & Co.KG into Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH has now taken place with the entry in the commercial register on 17.04.2023 (Amtsgericht Traunstein HRB 31859).

We ask for adjustment of our data in the systems of our customers and partners. The previous sales tax number DE of Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH remains.

Since the company remains identical, there is basically no need to adjust the existing contracts.
